Who knew this bald little Italian guy had SOUL. We had jerk chicken, pulled pork, fried chicken, collard greens with smoke turkey, rice and peas and lasagna, Husband had doubts using a new caterer. Boy did you prove him wrong.. The food was just bursting with flavor. My mom who wanted to cook said she's never going to cook again. You Da Man Joe!!...
